TP406C Splitfire "V" Electrode Spark Plug

Splitfire triple platinum spark plugs combine a platinum tipped split "V" ground electrode with a fine wire platinum center electrode.The Splitfire "V" design in the ground electrode is instrumental in helping to improve combustion efficiency. Because the flame kernel isn't blocked by the ground electrode, it can travel through the "V" notch into the combustion chamber. The fine wire center electrode requires less voltage to jump the gap, while the platinum tipped center and "V" ground electrodes extend plug life. Copper core aids in cooling. Smooth ceramic insulator to insure a tight seal at plug boot. Resistor plugs minimize electronic interference and can aid in reducing electrode erosion.
